1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2Eligibility & Account Registration

5Bonus & Promotions

• Bonuses are only available to members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotional offer.
• All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 30x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be automatically deducted if a withdrawal is attempted.
• Ledak188 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or suspicious activity.
• Each member is entitled to the Welcome Bonus once only, for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

6Sports Betting Rules

This section outlines the general rules applicable to all Sports Betting on ledak188, covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), e-sports, and all other sports offered.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the Cash Out feature is available and used by the member.
• The minimum bet for sports is RM5, and the maximum bet varies depending on the match type and market selected.
• If a match is restarted, postponed for more than 48 hours, or cancelled, all related bets will be voided unless otherwise stated.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, including for in-play bets.
• Ledak188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical glitch or human error.

For accumulator bets, all selections on the bet slip must win for the overall bet to be considered a winner. If any leg of an accumulator becomes void, that leg will be removed from the calculation and the bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.

7Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the original method is no longer available.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Requests by a lawful authority with jurisdiction.
• Failure to submit the required KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, within 14 business days.

12Limitation of Liability
